Shelby L. Symon
Ms. Symon completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Guelph, Ontario, where she graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts, Honours in Philosophy and Sociology. She attended law school at Western University, where she was actively involved in access to justice initiatives and community legal clinics assisting London’s low-income population. Ms. Symon was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020 and her practice focuses on Family Law. Raised in the Grey Bruce Region, Ms. Symon has enthusiastically embraced life in wine country and practicing law in the Niagara Region.
Areas of Law
Ms. Symon practises as a Family Law lawyer both in Court and outside of Court through dispute resolution. She has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, and Court of Appeal for Ontario. Ms. Symon also handles select Civil Litigation matters.
