Alyssa M. Adams
Alyssa M. Adams completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario, where she graduated with the degree of Bachelor of Arts, Honours Political Science with distinction. She attended law school at the University of Ottawa, where she was actively involved in the Environmental Law Students’ Association. Ms. Adams was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and her practice focuses mainly on Civil and Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy and Insolvency and Employment Law. She is also a past instructor for the Law Clerk Program at Niagara College. Raised in the Township of Wainfleet, Ms. Adams is proud to be practicing law in the Niagara Region.
Areas of Law
Ms. Adams practises as a general litigator, with an emphasis on debtor/creditor, bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial disputes, and employment law. Ms. Adams has represented individuals to large institutions and most frequently represents banks, credit unions, trustees in bankruptcy, receivers and local business in the Niagara Region. Ms. Adams also handles landlord/tenant and small claims court matters.
